They are lovely birds. I grew up in Los Angeles and remember taking trips down to San Juan Capsitrano to the mission to watch them fly back home. I was under ten and just remember the crowds of people and all these birds flying round the mission so gracefully. Thanks for sharing and bringing to mind my childhood memories. My grandmother came from Memphis, TN and we drove down there just so she could the mission and the birds. 😍
