Looking For Creative Inspiration?

I have just discovered another “Pinterest-esque” website (or rather, a family of websites) to inspire us all creatively.

Craftgawker is a curated photo gallery that allows the visual search and discovery of handmade arts and crafts to inspire your own projects. They publish photography submitted by craft bloggers from around the world. I understand the folks at Craftgawker check all submissions manually and will only accept the highest quality photographs. This makes the website look fantastic – it’s a treasure trove of inspiration.

I have managed to get them to accept my Handmade Envelopes Tutorial, which is really exciting! (Incidentally, if there are any bloggers reading this post, I suggest you try submitting your photographs/tutorials because you are likely to get lots of traffic via Craftgawker). My photography isn’t quite up to scratch as I have had several submissions declined. This is something I’d like to work on.

Craftgawker is part of the “Gawkerverse” – a network of curated, blogger submitted photo galleries. So we don’t just have Craftgawker to drool over!  There is also:

These website are great, and really inspiring. Have a mooch – let me know what you think!
